Thanks for another great video Esther, just did the 3 sequences all together, feeling great! I did find keeping my legs out to the side very difficult, I ended up shaking! but with more practice I’m sure that will stop.
Do you have any poses to really stretch out your calves & to help make them leaner? I inherited my father’s calves & I hate them, could you maybe make a video that could help? Thanks so much.

thanks so much for sharing this, it works great. it was really hard especially i did weight loss part 3 and 4 without a rest, but i feel really refreshed now.
