I’m not doing a worked-out exercise scheeme,but doing a lot of construction work on the house.Climbing on scaffolding and ladders for days…and sweating it out in the heat. The tough thing is not too eat even more because of getting hungry from it.
I’ve lost 2 pounds. Yes!
