Some peers at my highschool said the same thing to me when I lost 75 lbs. They didn’t realize I lost 50 while in school, then 25 in the summer. It’s possible to lose weight without drugs, obviously. I laughed at those rumors because I worked my ass off, literally, haha, to get myself where I was. Determination is all you need.

ill never forget the summer of my freshman year in high-school for years ago i went from 160lbs at 5′4″ to 130lbs in two months, now im back to 180, but its all muscle.

I agree. It’s all about body to fat propotions when it comes to how much you lose and how fast. Of course smaller weights will take longer since the bigger you are the more energy you burn to push that body around.
lol i saw this video a while back ago and ive lost 80 since it inspired me a little and im 15% body fat stretch marks arent bad at all about invisible since im tan so thanks dude
