athleanx.com You will never confuse me with Emeril that’s for sure. But that doesn’t mean that I can’t teach you how to cook up an awesome tasting meal in minutes that won’t only taste great but actually help you to build muscle and burn fat. Sound like just what you were looking for? Good. One thing that drives me up a wall are the so called experts out there telling you to be scared of carbs and that the only way you’ll be able to lose weight and build muscle is to starve yourself all day. This is simply not true. I’m going to show you how you can actually eat lots of the right kinds of food to build muscle fast and how it’s actually necessary for your body to burn fat and get lean. With the athlean-X 90 day X-Factor Muscle building meal plans, you are now able to start eating again…and enjoying your food like you used to (when you weren’t on a diet!) Let me show you exactly how me and my top professional athlete clients eat for muscle gain and a fast metabolism. Former physical therapist and strength coach for the New York Mets, Celebrity fitness trainer and Men’s Fitness magazine writer Jeff Cavaliere shows you how to eat for muscle gain and fat loss by taking you through a 6 minute meal that anybody (even those with limited kitchen skills) can make. For even more healthy and great tasting meal options head to http to get the athlean-X System and 90 day meal plans. Be the best you can be in the year 2010 with athlean-X!

    @Manila
    Please post a video of you benching 240, doing 40 pullups squatting 385, and cleans at 265… Other than that I am going to call bullshit

  • BJJANDKARATE says:

    @madman720ap so do i lol

  • madman720ap says:

    hey im calling bullshit on that

  • stawg007 says:

    because people think that if they are able to bench a high weight it must mean that they are uber strong at everything, at least thats what iv found in my experience with people like that
    the thing is, they couldnt be more wrong lol

  • ManilaBoi510 says:

    because i was giving an example.. i squat 385lbs, can do over 40 pullups (slow and proper), can clean 265lbs, and have a bodyfat percentage of 7.4 :) … are you happy now???

    REALLY Appreciate the video man, one thing that throw me off was the 6min cooking time , Really? Your microwave must be really good , because mine takes for ever on max, but anyways, a real good vid, just as important as the exercises

    Thanks again

    I think you should get a contract with the Food Network, they need a guy like you that is for athletes, instead of Paula Deen and Barefoot Contessa that cook with 6 pounds of butter and 3 tablespoons of salt in every dish.

  • henrytse says:

  • dzoni1990 says:

    @MrKevingrace cmon man, would you make a video of yourself eating? :)

  • bibbeny says:

    Great information. Thanx. I will be using some of your recomendations.

  • Hoontae says:

    It IS actually possible but the main factor that will deterimine your success is your diet. Get enough protien (in your case i would say around 200g a day), veggies and sleep. Going from 203 to 220 will take some time but be patient and your efforts will be rewarded

  • MrKevingrace says:

    i still have’nt seen you eat
    anything,or is that just the skeptic
    in me.great videos by the way.

  • Nemes1sTKD says:
