What I Eat in a Day on 80/10/10

Here’s what I eat on an average day on the 80/10/10 diet. It varies depending on the season but this is what it’s been like lately. Sometimes, instead of romaine lettuce I’ll have spinach. I also include celery and red bell pepper in my diet. And, sometimes I’ll have my favorite – zucchini pasta with marinara sauce or romaine chips and salsa!
